Antimikrobi\u00e1lna aktivita v\u010delieho jedu proti kme\u0148om Staphylococcus aureus rezistentn\u00fdm na meticil\u00edn sa hodnotila pomocou MIC (minim\u00e1lne inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 koncentr\u00e1cie), MBC (minim\u00e1lne bakteric\u00eddne koncentr\u00e1cie a test na usmrtenie \u010dasu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expresia Atl, ktor\u00e1 k\u00f3duje mure\u00ednov\u00fa hydrol\u00e1zu, \u010do je enz\u00fdm degraduj\u00faci peptidoglyk\u00e1n, ktor\u00fd sa tie\u017e podie\u013ea na procese \u0161tiepenia buniek, sa vypo\u010d\u00edtala pomocou reverznej transkripcie-polymer\u00e1zovej re\u0165azovej reakcie. MIC v\u010delieho jedu sa udr\u017eiavali na 0,11 ug\/ml a 0,085 ug\/ml proti MRSA CCARM 3708 a MRSA CCARM 3366, v danom porad\u00ed. Zatia\u013e \u010do MBC v\u010delieho jedu proti MRSA 3708 bol 0,14 ug\/ml a MBC v\u010delieho jedu proti MRSA 3366 bol 0,106 ug\/ml. Pod\u013ea t\u00fdchto v\u00fdsledkov mo\u017eno predpoklada\u0165, \u017ee v\u010del\u00ed jed vykazoval antibiotick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a antibakteri\u00e1lnu aktivitu proti kme\u0148om Staphylococcus aureus rezistentn\u00fdm na meticil\u00edn.
