Zjavn\u00fdmi d\u00f4vodmi je viacero partnerov, ktor\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165, \u017ee \u017eena je n\u00e1chyln\u00e1 na t\u00fato rakovinu po\u010das prv\u00e9ho tehotenstva alebo prv\u00e9ho pohlavn\u00e9ho styku, nadmern\u00fd pr\u00edjem alkoholu a konzum\u00e1cia tabaku m\u00f4\u017ee tie\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 pravdepodobnos\u0165, \u017ee sa stane obe\u0165ou rakoviny kr\u010dka maternice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes sa rakovina kr\u010dka maternice stala pomerne be\u017enou u \u017eien v d\u00f4sledku viacer\u00fdch sexu\u00e1lnych partnerov, skor\u00e9ho sexu\u00e1lneho debutu, nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho tehotenstva a nekvalitn\u00fdch peror\u00e1lnych kontracept\u00edv a dokonca aj faj\u010denia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apoptotick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinok melitt\u00ednu purifikovan\u00e9ho z ir\u00e1nskeho v\u010delieho jedu na \u013eudsk\u00fa rakovinu kr\u010dka maternice HeLa bunkov\u00fa l\u00edniu<\/strong><br>Jednou z hlavn\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek v\u010delieho jedu je melit\u00edn, \u010do je peptid. Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie Vivo sa zistilo, \u017ee v\u010del\u00ed jed v d\u00e1vke 1 mg na kg inhiboval rast n\u00e1doru. Rovnak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom boli pozorovan\u00e9 aj inhibi\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky v\u010delieho jedu na rast rakovinov\u00fdch buniek v kr\u010dku maternice. V\u010del\u00ed jed 1 a\u017e 5 ug na ml tie\u017e inhiboval rast buniek zodpovedn\u00fdch za rakovinu, C33A a Ca-Ski, indukciou apoptotickej bunkovej smrti, ale v re\u017eime z\u00e1vislom od d\u00e1vky. Expresia receptorov smrti DR6, DR3, FAS a DR downstream proapoptotick\u00fdch prote\u00ednov, ktor\u00e9 zah\u0155\u0148ali Bax a kasp\u00e1zu-3, sa s\u00fa\u010dasne zv\u00fd\u0161ila.
