Zistilo sa, \u017ee v d\u00f4sledku BV terapie sa po\u0161kodil lymfatick\u00fd syst\u00e9m a to spustilo lymfed\u00e9m. I\u0161iel sa teda lie\u010di\u0165 na miestnu kliniku a dostal terapiu v\u010del\u00edm jedom, ktor\u00e1 viedla k opuchu \u013eavej nohy. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e1 tomografia a vaskul\u00e1rna ultrasonografia preuk\u00e1zali dif\u00fazny opuch \u013eavej nohy. Nezistili sa \u017eiadne d\u00f4kazy o tromb\u00f3ze alebo vaskul\u00e1rnom poranen\u00ed v inguin\u00e1lnej oblasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea spr\u00e1vy o krvnom teste; biele krvinky 4 880\/mm3 boli v norm\u00e1lnom rozmedz\u00ed (3 800 a\u017e 10 500 mm3), kreatin\u00edn (0,70 mg\/dl) bol tie\u017e v norm\u00e1lnom rozmedz\u00ed (0,70 a\u017e 1,30 mg\/dl), C-reakt\u00edvny prote\u00edn (0,19 mg\/dl) bol tie\u017e v norm\u00e1lnom rozmedz\u00ed (0 a\u017e 0,50 mg\/dl) a album\u00edn (3,6 g\/dl) bol tie\u017e v norm\u00e1lnom rozmedz\u00ed (3,4 a\u017e 5,8 g\/dl). Nebola zisten\u00e1 \u017eiadna infekcia, preto boli predp\u00edsan\u00e9 antibiotik\u00e1 a pacient bol odoslan\u00fd do rehabilita\u010dnej sekcie po odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed kompres\u00edvnej pan\u010duchy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V marci 2017 za\u010dala svoju \u010dinnos\u0165 rehabilita\u010dn\u00e9 oddelenie spolu s fyzik\u00e1lnou terapiou a intermitentnou pneumatickou kompresiou a manu\u00e1lnou lymfodren\u00e1\u017eou. Laborat\u00f3rne vy\u0161etrenie uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee jeho WBC boli na 4 490\/mm3, hladina album\u00ednu bola 3,4 g\/dl, hladina kreatin\u00ednu bola 0,64 mg\/dl a hladina C-reakt\u00edvneho prote\u00ednu bola 0,30 mg\/dl. Bolo odporu\u010den\u00e9, \u017ee pacient mus\u00ed okam\u017eite prejs\u0165 oper\u00e1ciou bypassu lymfatick\u00fdch ciev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledok<\/strong><br>Vzh\u013eadom na tieto v\u00fdsledky, norm\u00e1lne PSA a norm\u00e1lne markery infekcie mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee postradia\u010dn\u00fd lymfatick\u00fd syst\u00e9m nebol v\u00f4bec zachovan\u00fd. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee lymfatick\u00fd syst\u00e9m bol po\u0161koden\u00fd terapiou v\u010del\u00edm jedom, \u010do v ur\u010ditom okamihu vyvolalo lymfed\u00e9m.
